This review is almost a year overdue. We bought our house in Portland in February of 2014. We were from out of state and came to Portland for a week to check out houses. We bought one within that week. She helped make the buying process go very smoothly, even though we were still living out of state during escrow.
When we arrived to look at houses, Elena made us feel comfortable right away and listened to our needs, wants, and budget. She gave us an overall tour of Portland to give us an idea of the different areas.
Elena is a good mix of being friendly and professional. She seemed genuinely excited for us to find a place in Portland. She is also very enthusiastic about this city, and after living here now for almost a year, that enthusiasm is not misplaced.
I would recommend using Elena, especially if you’re coming from a different area or out of state.
